The Details…

This is not your school practice cut ticket, but the real deal form I provide my clients who do domestic or in-house sampling. This cut ticket is a complete and detailed form for sampling purposes, when printing a full tech pack is not really necessary. (For in-house or domestic development and you have a sew-by sample to follow for sewing and what you need listed are the only design details. Or when your team already knows your construction standards because it is a repeat style.)

What is the difference between the production cut ticket & the manufacturing order?…
The cut tickets you will provide your factory (or cutting service, or in-house cutter), does not include prices and should always be separate of the Purchase Order form... Usually contractors don't want dollar amounts included in forms that are meant for staff.
The cut ticket is instructions for the cutter, and includes main materials details such a self fabric, contrast and lining information, plus you should add fabric swatches if possible. The P/O (Manufacturing Order) only requires the basic style information and is a financial and binding document.

• Pdf File: Easily print out on letter size paper

• Excel File: Form is fully formatted to self calculate totals. Customize any section, add a jpg with your logo, and easily copy and paste style numbers into cells to streamline your workload (and avoid typos!).
