This is not your Fashion School practice or YouTuber cost sheet but the real deal (all the freebie samples you’ll find online, and even some that are sold by those with a large fan base are just the basics). An industry standard cost sheet I use with all my clients for accuracy in pricing. Why is this important? So that you don’t end up having to give up on your dream because you didn’t fully understand your margins and despite all your hard work (and thinking you were pricing your designs correctly) you made no profits.

This form includes a detailed breakdown for each component of the price of a garment, either for domestic or overseas production, so that you can work with the same form, no matter how your business evolves, without much editing.

Within the zip file you’ll find:

• Excel version, fully formatted to self calculate individual costs per item, total cost, and suggested Retail and Wholesale price options. If you do not use a sales rep or showroom, just type '0' on the commission cells
