• Tech Pack Templates (Excel & PDF)
This Tech Pack is the real deal... If you are going to take the time to get started doing TPs, learn to work and train yourself to become familiar with the way companies do it and avoid costly mistakes (and wasting your time and efforts)... I have done thousands of fittings and set up countless TPs, and I guarantee you this template not only is what brands use with their contractors (small and large), but also mimics the formatting of widely used apparel programs such as RLM and PLM... I've checked out the other TPs sold online (and the freebies), and I've never seen them in professional settings, - and you shouldn't want them representing your product. Tech packs are the blueprints of your design, and the bridge (and translator) between all departments and parties involved. Rule #1 in the industry: Cutting corners will always come back to bite you.

• How To Measure Manual (pdf Ebook)
This How to Measure Manual is what the big brands use internally to keep consistency, and communicating with their contractors. Especially as more often than not, there are language barriers to overcome... Trust me on this one... Do not trust THEIR measurements. Make sure the factory follows your way of measuring. Each chapter comes with detailed graphics and descriptions for you to learn how to lay the garment, where and how exactly to measure.

1 - GARMENT COST SHEET
• Blank Pdf & Excel Files + Filled Out Demo.

Excel version is fully formatted to self calculate individual costs per item, total cost, and suggested Retail and Wholesale prices options. If you do not use a sales rep or showroom, just type '0' on the cells.
This is not your school practice cost sheet, but the REAL DEAL, industry standard cost sheet I use with all my clients. Why is this important? Because most 'basic' cost sheets leave out several items you MUST include in order for you to know accurately how much it is costing you to produce, and price accordingly to make a profit without those 'hidden items' eating into your margin. Trust me on this one, adding only fabric, trims and sewing is a recipe for your business to fail. This form includes a detailed breakdown for each component of the price of a garment, either for domestic or overseas production, so that you can work with the same form, no matter how your business evolves, without much editing.
- Demo/Sample Form included with all sections filled out in detail to help you learn the process and understand:
- How each component gets broken down
- How labor is broken down
- How cost, suggested wholesale and retail mark-ups are calculated in the business.

2 & 3 - TEMPLATE FOR BODY MEASUREMENTS (male & female)
• Blank Pdf & Excel Files + Filled Out Demo
Why use this form?:
- Keep all the needed body measurements from your fit model/client/yourself in one place
- Keep them in a standardized and consistent format that helps finding information
- Works as a checklist so that when you are measuring someone you don't forget key points of measurement.
- Explains the industry standard way of taking each measurement.

4 - PATTERN CARD TEMPLATE
• Blank Pdf & Excel Files + Filled Out Demo
- 15-Page step-by-step fully illustrated instructions on how to fill out your pattern card like a pro (PDF format file)
Why use this pattern card over others out there?
As a Fashion Professional, showing a basic understanding of pattern work and standard Industry procedures is key for success...
Not only because 'knowing' will save you valuable time communicating back and forth with your those involved in the process (pattern makers, technical designers, cutters, sewers, etc) but also because a lack of this knowledge will make you seem unprofessional, no matter how committed you are to your brand. The more professional you come across, the more seriously you are taken (and the more willing they are to work with you, and go out of their way to help you when you need extra help)! Stay consistent in the way you present your company (and yourself!).

5 & 6 - CUT TICKET TEMPLATES FOR SAMPLING & PRODUCTION
• Blank Pdf & Excel Files + Filled Out Demo & Tutorial
• Customize any section on the Excel version, add a jpg with your logo, and easily copy and past style numbers into cells to streamline your workload.

7 & 8 - PURCHASE ORDER FOR MATERIALS & MANUFACTURING TEMPLATES (this PO is for fabric, trims and send outs)
• Blank Pdf & Excel Files + Filled Out Demos
• Excel File: Customize any section, add a jpg with your logo, and easily copy and past style numbers into cells to streamline your workload.
• Materials PO is for fabric, trims and send outs. Production PO is for manufacturing your garments (also referred as Manufacturing Order)

9- SAMPLE TRACKING TAG TEMPLATE
• Pdf File: Easily print out on letter size paper or heavy stock paper, cut and fill out by hand.
• Excel File: Customize any section, add a jpg with your logo, and easily copy and paste style numbers into cells to streamline your workload.

10- CONFIDENTIALITY & NDA AGREEMENT
Don't work with your vendors skipping a signed confidentiality agreement! This standard NDA is geared to establish your expectations on protecting your apparel business from unauthorized use of any proprietary information (visual, verbal and of any kind) by those interacting with your brand. And an acknowledgement on their end to commit to keeping your designs away from public eye while they are being developed (especially from social media). *DISCLAIMER: We are not offering legal advice.
